4.5 oz (128 g) rolled oats
4.5 oz (128 g) oat flour
7 oz (200 g) bananas, mashed (about 2 bananas)
4 oz (113 g) coconut oil, softened
2 large eggs
3.5 oz (100 g) coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In bowl, whisk bananas, eggs, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop 2 tablespoon portions onto lined baking sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are browned. Cool and store airtight.
