1 oz (28 g) green onions, chopped
5 oz (142 g) spinach, chopped
4 oz (113 g) egg whites
4 oz (113 g) almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 oz (113 g) feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in pan and cook green onions for 1 to 2 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper and let cool slightly.
  • Mix spinach mixture with egg whites, almond flour, baking powder, and feta cheese.
  • Form 6 biscuits or drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake until edges are golden, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
