Arugula, Strawberry, & Avo Steak Salad

21 oz (600 g) boneless ribeye steaks
6 oz (170 g) arugula
7 oz (200 g) strawberries, quartered
2 avocados, sliced
6 servings Maple Tahini Dressing (see original recipe)

Instructions
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and ½ teaspoon olive oil. Sear steaks 4 to 7 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice.
- Toss arugula with 2 tablespoons Maple Tahini Dressing, then divide onto plates.
- Top with strawberries, avocado, and steak. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
