1 tbsp chia seeds
10.1 fl oz (300 ml) oat milk
3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
2 tsp ground flaxseed
5.2 oz (148 g) blueberries
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp pecans, chopped

Instructions

  • Combine oats, chia seeds, and oat milk in bowl. Stir and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Stir in protein powder and flaxseed. If too thick, add more oat milk, one tablespoon at a time.
  • Divide into bowls and top with blueberries, peanut butter, and pecans.
