2 bananas
3.9 oz (110 g) tahini
2 fl oz (60 ml) oat milk
2.5 oz (70 g) walnuts, chopped
0.5 oz (15 g) sesame seeds
3.2 oz (90 g) maple syrup
2.1 oz (60 g) coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
5.5 oz (155 g) all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Line 8 x 8 in (20 x 20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Whisk in tahini, oat milk, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract.
- In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ¼ teaspoon salt.
- Fold dry mixture into wet ingredients until fully incorporated. Stir in walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Smooth top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake until golden and set, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
