14.8 (420 g) all-purpose flour
1.8 oz (50 g) coconut sugar
2 ¼ tsp instant yeast

Instructions
- In large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add 12 fl oz (340 ml) water and stir until rough dough forms.
- Turn out onto floured surface and knead briefly. Shape into ball.
- Place dough into greased bowl and cove. Let rise in a warm place for 60 to 90 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Shape dough into loaf and place in parchment-lined loaf pan. Let rise again until it peaks over the top, about 60 to 90 minutes.
- Make shallow slash along top of loaf.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
