19 oz (540 g) chickpeas, drained, rinsed
5 oz (140 g) celery, finely chopped
4 fl oz (120 ml) vegan mayonnaise
1 oz (28 g) walnuts, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
½ tsp dried dill
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Mash chickpeas with fork or pulse in a food processor until flaky but not smooth.
- Add celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, spices, and walnuts. Season with salt and pepper and mix well until combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Chill or serve immediately.
