½ tsp curry powder
2.75 oz (80 g) frozen edamame

Instructions
- Boil 8 fl oz (237 ml) water in small saucepan. Stir in oats and curry powder.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and water is mostly absorbed.
- Add edamame, cover with lid, and remove from heat. Let steam for 5 minutes.
- Stir well and serve topped with ½ teaspoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.
