2 whole oranges
3 eggs
8.4 oz (237 g) honey
10.2 oz (288 g) almond flour
2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Place oranges in pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 25 minutes. Drain and cool.
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line or grease 10 in (25 cm) cake pan.
- In bowl, whisk eggs and honey. Add almond flour and baking powder.
- Roughly chop boiled oranges, removing seeds. Blend chopped oranges and orange peels until smooth. Stir into batter.
- Pour into pan and bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool for at least 10 minutes, then serve.
