2.1 oz (60 g) grated cucumber
8 oz (227 g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  • Squeeze excess water from cucumber using clean towel.
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl and add ½ tablespoon olive oil and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir well.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
