8 oz (227 g) Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions
- Squeeze excess water from cucumber using clean towel.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and add ½ tablespoon olive oil and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
