Harissa Cod with Creamy White Beans

Ingredients
1 oz (30 g) harissa paste
1.8 oz (50 g) breadcrumbs
10.6 oz (300 g) cod filets
14 oz (400 g) can cannellini beans
1.7 fl oz (50 ml) whole milk
0.7 oz (20 g) fresh parsley, chopped
½ lemon, juiced
1 oz (30 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp chili flakes
1 clove garlic, peeled

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Mix harissa paste, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and breadcrumbs into a spreadable paste. On baking sheet, spread over cod filets and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add beans (with liquid), garlic, milk, and 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) water to pot. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until thickened. Remove and discard garlic.
- Stir in parsley, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve cod over the creamy beans. Garnish with chili flakes and extra cheese and parsley, if desired.
