3 tbsp Easy Berry Chia Jam

Instructions

  • In bowl, combine berries, chia seeds, and orange juice. Stir and let sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours or refrigerate overnight. Mash slightly, then stir in honey and let sit for another 20 to 30 minutes to thicken.
  • For each parfait, layer yogurt, peanut butter, and chia jam. Repeat. Refrigerate. Top with granola just before serving.
