6.3 oz (180 g) porridge oats
28 oz (800 g) natural soy yogurt
3 tbsp maple syrup
6 tbsp almond butter
6 tsp seed mix
mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
- In blender or food processor, blend 10.5 oz (300 g) of fruit with oats, yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Divide mixture between six bowls.
- Top each with remaining fruit, almond butter, and mixed seeds.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 4 days.
