Chicken & Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
½ red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
12 oz (340 g) lean ground chicken
9.6 oz (273 g) frozen vegetable mix
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
- Heat nonstick pan over medium heat. Add onion and splash of water. Stir and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it up as it browns.
- Stir vegetable mix in and cook until tender, about 15 to 17 minutes.
- Add honey and tamari, stir, and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide between plates, garnish with cilantro, and serve.
