Instructions

  • Heat blueberries in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thawed and juicy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Mash to desired consistency using fork or potato masher.
  • Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes to thicken.
