Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
½ cup (120ml) coconut oil, melted
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. apple sauce, unsweetened
Dry ingredients:
1 ½ cup (225) rolled oats
¼ cup (30g) almonds, chopped
5 Brazil nuts, chopped
¼ cup (35g) sunflower seeds
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Combine all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl. Now add the dry ingredients and mix well with a spatula until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the granola mixture onto the baking sheet, place the tray in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven half way through and give the granola a stir, before returning the tray to the oven.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and set it aside to cool completely, before breaking up the granola and placing it in an airtight storage container. Keep in a cool place for up to 2 weeks.
