½ chili pepper, deseeded, finely diced
1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  • In bowl, mix tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and chili pepper.
  • Add lime juice and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
