Instructions
- Whisk eggs with milk, chives, and cilantro until smooth.
- Heat ½ tablespoon olive oil in nonstick pan over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring gently. When nearly set, stir in Cajun seasoning.
- Serve scrambled eggs with tomato, black pepper, and chives to garnish.
