5.3 oz (150 g) dates, pitted
2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend pecans and dates in food processor until a coarse crumb forms.
- Transfer mixture to bowl. Add maple syrup and mix into a dough.
- Shape into 8 balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet. Top each with a pecan.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
