5.9 oz (170 g) pecans + 8 halves for garnish
5.3 oz (150 g) dates, pitted
2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C) Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend pecans and dates in food processor until a coarse crumb forms.
  • Transfer mixture to bowl. Add maple syrup and mix into a dough.
  • Shape into 8 balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet. Top each with a pecan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
