1 oz (30 g) kale, chopped
¼ avocado, sliced
3.5 oz (100 g) sweet potato, baked

Instructions

  • Heat ½ teaspoon olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 3 to 4 minutes. Add kale and cook until softened.
  • Assemble bowl with prepared Smoky Maple-Glazed Tempeh Bacon, mushrooms, kale, avocado slices, and baked sweet potato.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
