Ingredients
For the wet ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup

¾ cup (67 g) oat flour
6 tbsp buckwheat flour
½ tsp ground cardamom
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 ¼ tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (170°C). Line loaf tin with baking paper, or use silicon tin.
- Place bananas and maple syrup in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Place all dry ingredients into large bowl and mix well to combine. Fold in blended bananas and mix until thick batter has formed.
- Pour batter into loaf tin and garnish with additional banana slices (optional). Place tin in oven and bake for 60 to 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove tin from oven and set bread aside to cool before serving.
