Ingredients
6 oz (180 g) mashed bananas
4 oz (120 g) peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
3 oz (90 g) oat flour
2 oz (60 g) pumpkin seeds
1 oz (30 g) unsweetened dried cranberries
1 oz (30 g) raisins

Instructions
- Whisk mashed banana and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth. Stir in eggs, honey, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle baking soda and oat flour over mixture. Fold to combine. Stir in pumpkin seeds, cranberries, and raisins.
- Chill dough overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop 4 tablespoon portions of dough onto sheet, flattening slightly.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until set and golden. Cool on pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
