1 ½ cup (220g) mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries)
14 oz. (400g) silken tofu
2 tbsp. maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between 4 glasses and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
