Broccoli & Cheese Quiche

11.2 oz (320 g) pie crust
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large eggs
8 fl oz (240 ml) reduced-fat milk
4 oz (120 g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
14 oz (400 g) broccoli florets, chopped
½ tsp oregano

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Press pie crust into 9.5 in (24 cm) pie pan. Crimp edges and prick base with a fork. Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Line crust with parchment paper and fill with weights. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove weights and parchment. Bake for 10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, garlic, oregano, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Stir in chopped broccoli.
- Pour mixture into partially baked crust. Bake for 37 to 42 minutes, until filling is set and crust is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
