8 oz (225 g) feta cheese block
12 large eggs
handful fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease 8 x 11 inch (20 x 28 cm) baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Place feta in center of dish. Crack eggs around feta, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until feta melts and egg whites set.
- Use a fork to scramble feta and eggs together. Serve garnished with fresh basil.
