2.6 oz. (75g) oat flour
2.6 oz. (75g) white rice flour
6 tbsp. coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
¼ tsp. ground cardamom
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp. oat milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to form a cookie dough. Divide the mixture to form 8 balls, the size of small walnuts. Place the balls on the baking sheet and flatten with your hands, alternatively use the bottom of a glass.
  • Place the tray in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the biscuits are golden. Remove from the oven and place the cookies on a wire rack to cool before serving.
