Ingredients
7.9 oz (225 g) almond flour
½ tsp baking soda
2 fl oz (60 ml) coconut oil, melted, slightly cooled
2.8 oz (80 g) maple syrup
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp orange extract
2.8 oz (80 g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with baking paper.
- In bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, coconut oil, maple syrup, almond extract, orange extract, and pinch of salt until dough forms.
- Portion dough into balls (about 2 tablespoon each) and place on baking sheet, spacing them inches (8 cm) apart. Press down to flatten slightly.
- Bake cookies for 11 to 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and set on wire rack to cool for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals. Drizzle chocolate over cookies and refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
