5.6 oz (160 g) fresh turmeric root, peeled, roughly chopped
10.6 oz (300 g) fresh ginger root, peeled, roughly chopped
2 limes, zested, juiced
1 pt (500 ml) water

Instructions
- Place turmeric, ginger, lime juice, and water into high-speed blender. Blend to very fine consistency.
- Strain blended mixture through sieve lined with clean tea towel. If needed, gently press pulp with spoon to extract more juice.
- Stir lime zest into strained juice.
- Pour juice into bottle or jar and refrigerate.
- Shake well before serving. Juice can be stored in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
