2 green onions, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lime
¼ tsp onion powder
1 tsp milk

Instructions
- Add avocado, cottage cheese, parsley, green onions, garlic, lime juice, and onion powder to small food processor.
- Pulse until smooth. For silkier consistency, add 1 teaspoon milk.

- Serve immediately with vegetables or crackers. Alternatively, use as a spread.
