2 tsp sesame seeds
2 oz (60 g) mixed salad greens
1 small carrot, julienned
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tbsp tamari

Instructions

  • Heat ½ tablespoon olive oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Coat tuna with sesame seeds. Sear for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly browned but still pink inside.
  • Divide mixed greens, carrot, and cucumber evenly between plates.
  • Slice seared tuna thinly and place it on salad.
  • Drizzle with ½ tablespoon olive oil and tamari. Serve immediately.
