  • In large bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, ginger, and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix with hands until just combined.
  • Shape mixture into 12 patties.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. Serve immediately.
