Instructions

  • Combine dates, 1 teaspoon sea salt, vanilla extract, and 6 fl oz (180 ml) of almond milk in high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until mixture is completely smooth.
  • If needed, add more almond milk (1 to 2 tablespoons at a time) to aid blending or achieve desired caramel consistency.
  • Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
