7 oz (200 g) oats
2.9 oz (80 g) ground almonds
6 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 ½ tbsp coconut oil, melted

Instructions
- Place oats in food processor and pulse until a flour-like consistency.
- Add ground almonds, maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut oil. Pulse again until mixture forms a dough.Roll dough into large ball with hands, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Lightly flour clean work surface and line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out dough to ¼ in (½ cm) thickness. Use glass or cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
- Gather and re-roll dough scraps until you use all dough. Place biscuits on prepared baking tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
