10.5 oz (300 g) pasta shells
7.8 oz (220 g) canned tuna in olive oil, drained
1 tbsp olive oil, reserved
4 tbsp capers, drained
1.1 lbs (500 g) mixed-color cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil from tuna can in pot and fry capers until crispy. Add tomatoes and oregano, then stir in tuna.
  • Toss pasta with tuna mixture, adding pasta water if needed to loosen. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the crispy capers and serve.
