Salted Cinnamon Protein Bars

Ingredients
1.4 oz (40 g) vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3.5 oz (100 g) rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4.2 oz (120 g) natural almond butter
2.6 oz (75 g) honey
flaky sea salt

Instructions
- In food processor fitted with steel S blade, add protein powder, cinnamon, and rolled oats. Blend for 1 minute until oats are powdery and fine.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to food processor. Blend for another 30 seconds until mixture is well combined.
- Fold some mixture in your hand; it should form a ball and not crumble. If mixture is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon water and process again.
- Line a 9 x 5 in loaf pan with parchment paper and press protein bar mixture into pan. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, then chill for 2 hours.
- Remove bars from loaf pan and cut them into 8 squares.
