White Bean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
½ red onion, thinly sliced
2 ½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
10.6 oz (300 g) canned cannellini beans, drained
4.2 oz (120 g) canned tuna (in water or brine), drained
7 oz (200 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Place onion, parsley, cannellini beans, tuna, and tomatoes in large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss everything together until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
