Pesto Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
2 large flour tortillas
1 oz (30 g) grated mozzarella
2 tbsp basil pesto
4 oz (115 g) cooked chicken breast
2.6 oz (75 g) canned artichoke hearts, chopped
1 avocado, pitted, sliced
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 oz (30 g) arugula

Instructions
- In center of each tortilla, layer mozzarella, basil pesto, shredded chicken, artichoke hearts, and sliced avocado. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and top with handful of arugula.
- Preheat dry grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Fold sides of tortilla inward and roll up like a burrito.
- Grill wraps for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm.
