Jerk Prawn & Coconut Rice Bowl

1 ½ tbsp jerk seasoning
14 oz (400 g) can kidney beans in chili sauce
8.8 oz (250 g) cooked rice
salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet. Add shrimps and jerk seasoning, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Drain the beans, reserving 3 tablespoons of chili sauce. Add beans to the pan along with reserved sauce and rice.
  • Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and season with salt to taste. Spoon into 2 bowls to serve.
