High Protein Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
½ cup (40 g) rolled oats
½ banana
½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup (30 g) raspberries
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place rolled oats, banana, almond milk, maple syrup, protein powder, and baking powder into high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer batter into ovenproof dish and top with fresh raspberries and chocolate chips.
- Place dish in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden on top.
- Remove from oven, drizzle peanut butter over, and serve.
