½ cup (40g) rolled oats
½ banana
½ cup (120ml) almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. protein powder, vanilla
½ tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place all the ingredients, except for the toppings, into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the batter into an ovenproof dish and top with fresh raspberries and chocolate chips.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden on top. Once out of the oven drizzle over some peanut butter and serve.
