Spicy Chicken Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) chicken breast
4 flour tortilla wraps
2.6 oz (70 g) lettuce, shredded
½ red onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
For the seasoning:
  2 garlic cloves, minced
  1 tbsp dried oregano
  1 tbsp paprika
  1 tsp onion powder
  1 tsp red pepper flakes
  1 lemon, juiced
For the spicy sauce:
  3.5 oz (100 g) natural yogurt
  1 tbsp hot sauce
  1 clove garlic, minced
  1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  splash lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the chicken breasts into strips. Place into a large bowl along with all the seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add the lemon juice and mix well until the chicken changes color.
  • Place the chicken into a large non-stick skillet and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, make the spicy sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing until well combined.
  • To assemble, place the shredded lettuce on the wrap, then add the grilled chicken, red onion, and tomatoes. Top with spicy sauce, wrap, and enjoy.
