10 medjool dates
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp crushed peanuts
5.3 oz (150 g) dark chocolate, melted
sea salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Make a cut in each date with a knife and remove the pits.
  • Add a small amount of peanut butter to the center of each date, taking care not to overfill them. Add a sprinkle of crushed peanuts to each date, pressing down gently to close the dates slightly.
  • Use a toothpick to pick up each date and dip into the bowl of melted dark chocolate, then place onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle over some additional crushed peanuts and sea salt.
  • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
