3 oz (75 g) lemon juice
2.1 oz (60 g) tahini
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
3.5 oz (100 g) sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Instructions
- Squeeze the tofu with your hands to remove excess water. Don’t worry if it breaks apart; it’s going to be blended.
- Blend the tofu, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a dip or spread.
