Instructions

  • Squeeze the tofu with your hands to remove excess water. Don’t worry if it breaks apart; it’s going to be blended.
  • Blend the tofu, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and sun-dried tomatoes in a blender for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as a dip or spread.
