4 tbsp sesame oil
9.2 oz (260 g) beef steak
8 lettuce leaves
6 tbsp kimchi
sea salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet and sauté the steaks for 2 minutes on each side until cooked to medium. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cut into strips.
- Fill the lettuce leaves with a layer of cooked rice followed by beef strips. Top with kimchi and serve.
