8.8 oz (250 g) all-purpose flour
0.9 oz (25 g) pumpkin seeds
0.9 oz (25 g) flaxseed
0.9 oz (25 g) sunflower seeds
0.5 oz (15 g) sesame seeds
0.2 oz (5 g) poppy seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
0.2 oz (5 g) fine sea salt
3.9 fl oz (100 g) water

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 335°F (170°C). Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
  • Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl (use a stand mixer) and combine for 15 seconds at speed 3.
  • Knead the dough for 1 to 2 minutes, then tip out onto a lightly floured work surface. Halve the dough and roll out each portion very thinly (1 to 2 mm thick).
  • Cut the dough into squares or rectangles, or use a cookie cutter. Place the crackers onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet into the hot oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the crackers from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once cool, store the crackers in an airtight container on the countertop.
