3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 tbsp raisins
salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then place them in a bowl and mash with the back of a fork or masher to desired consistency. If you prefer you can leave some whole or avoid mashing the chickpeas at all.
- Add the vegan mayonnaise, mango chutney, curry powder, raisins, salt, and pepper, and stir through.
