Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth. Set the waffle batter aside for 5 minutes while the waffle iron is preheating.
- Brush the waffle iron with a little olive oil. Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook until the waffles are golden brown (cooking time will vary depending on your waffle iron).
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
