1 oz (30 g) parsley, stems removed
1 green onion, trimmed, chopped
sea salt, to taste
8 fl oz (240 ml) water, divided

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add the avocado, parsley, green onion, sea salt, and approximately half of the water (about 4 fl oz / 120 ml).
  • Process until smooth. Pause to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed to ensure everything is well blended.
  • Gradually add more water, one tablespoon at a time, to achieve the desired consistency.
  • Enjoy immediately or store for later use.
