Ingredients

12 oz (340 g) strawberries, roughly chopped
8 fl oz (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
8.5 oz (240 g) natural yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp honey
1.8 oz (50 g) chia seeds

Instructions

  • Combine the strawberries, almond milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey in a blender and blitz to a puree. Transfer the purée to a medium bowl.
  • Add the chia seeds to the puréed mixture and stir well to combine.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for at least four hours (or overnight) until the mixture has thickened to a pudding-like consistency.
  • Serve the chia pudding garnished with fresh strawberries or other fruit.
