1 tsp coconut oil
10.6 oz (300 g) block silken tofu
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • If melting the chocolate in the microwave, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the chocolate. This can help speed up the melting process and prevent the chocolate from burning.
  • Place the melted chocolate into a high speed blender, along with the remaining ingredients, and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mousse mixture into jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. For the best results, leave it overnight.
  • Before serving, garnish with chocolate flakes or your favorite toppings.
