2 tsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (80 g) rolled oats
1 cup (160 g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
12 almonds, chopped

Instructions
- In bowl, combine blueberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Mash together with fork.
- Add rolled oats, cottage cheese, and almond milk. Stir to combine. Cover bowl with lid and refrigerate for at least 7 hours or overnight.
- Serve oats cold, garnished with chopped almonds and additional berries (optional).
