1 cup (80g) rolled oats
1 cup (160g) low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup (240ml) almond milk, unsweetened
12 almonds, chopped

Instructions
- Combine the blueberries, honey and vanilla extract in a bowl and mash together with a fork.
- Add the rolled oats, cottage cheese, almond milk and stir to combine. Cover the bowl with a lid and refrigerate for at least 7 hours or overnight.
- Serve the oats cold, garnished with the chopped almonds and additional berries.
